HR Introduction

The Institute now has 271 employees, 5 leaders and 53 middle-level cadres. The Institute has professionals and technical personnel in nearly 20 fields, with 16 professors, 77 senior Engineers and 59 engineers as well as 5 renowned, leading national master engineers and 126 retired staffs.

The Institute now has 11 registered architects, 28 registered structural engineers, 17 staffs holding fire qualification certificate, 56 staffs holding supervision certificate and 28 cost evaluator.

National Master



	Wang Chengwu National design master (acoustics, decease), major achievements: guided designs and constructions of Northeast Broadcasting House, Central Broadcasting Administration and sound amplification and design of Tiananmen Square and People’s Great Hall.
	Sun Fangchui National design master(structure), major achievements: main designer for west Chamber and restaurant of Beijing Hotel, Capital Theater, Beijing telegraph building, agriculture exhibition hall, Business Building of Xinhuashe, Beijing Film Studio, Xian Film Studio, Central Color TV Center, Liaoning TV Tower, Central Television Tower and Tianjin TV Tower; primary editor and writer of Reasonable Form Of Arch And The Suspension, Flat Brick Arch Construction and Concepts Of Probability in Project Planning and Design.
	Yan Xinghua National design master (architecture), Committee member of 7th, 8th CPPCC, major achievements: Central Broadcasting House, China’s embassy in Korea, Moscow Beijing Hotel, China agricultural exhibition hall, CCTV and TV Center of Inner Mongolia.
	Jin Mengshen National design master (Radio & TV), major achievements: chief technics designer of Central Color TV Center, chief technics designer of China National Radio office Building, chief technics designer of China Radio International. Project manager of Radio & TV Center of Jiangxi, Shandong, Anhui and Zhejiang.
	Zhou Guocai National design master (antenna), major achievements: Central TV Tower, antenna system design of Shanghai Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the first domestic CATV design, 500KW shortwave antenna rotation renovation project, technological transformation projects and new projects in west of the Bureau of wireless transmitters, III-band TV antenna, FM antenna and 30KWUHF-TV feed system and research of transforming High-power broad band to shortwave antenna.
	Luo Xuecong National design master (acoustics), major achievements: transformation study of 1st broadcasting of Central Broadcasting Building, design of Capital Stadium sound amplification, sound amplification of Zhongnanhai 519 projects, sound amplification of People’s Great Hall, sound amplification of Huairentong, sound amplification of major stadiums for the Ninth National Games, sound amplification of the Tiananmen, sound amplification of assistance projects for Morocco Sports center, sound amplification of assistance projects for Djibouti halls, assistance projects for Zaire stadium, Fujian Radio and Television Center, International Broadcasting Station, the Central People's Broadcasting Station, sound amplification of the Cairo International Conference Center and NPC executive office, etc.
